Professor Chipo Dyanda is an educationist with vast experience at various education levels and educational institutions. She is also a founder member of Grandmaster Academy. She is a Child Development and Early Childhood Development Specialist.

Ms. Mujokoto is a young lady passionate about the impact of media on organisations. She is a determined young woman who has developed an excellent eye for good photography and has excellent research and writing skills for stories and articles for publications.

Colonel Guvheya is a retired military Officer of the Zimbabwe National Army and War Veteran of Zimbabwe's Liberation Struggle. He has a reputable track record as an astute and diligent military security and intelligence officer, commander, instructor and trainer.

Mr. Samunderu has 12 years in Finance 3 of them managing Sub grants awards for USAID, DFID and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation donor budgets. He is passionate about corporate governance and transparency in fnance accounting and management.

Eng. Prosper Tonderayi Casious is a Civil Engineer, founder and lead Engineer at Ross Engineering Consultants (Pty) Ltd, an engineering based in Botswana. His area of expertise and passion is structural works, designs, building and project management of structures.

Board Member

Dr. Dera is a holder of a Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery (MBChB) degrees from the University of Zimbabwe. He has experience in both public and private sector facilities as a medical doctor. He has interest in business areas including medical tourism, agribusiness and education.

The Academy operates under the Zimbabwe Education Act 25:04 and the Constitution of Zimbabwe. At the policy level, the Academy is led by a Board of Trustees who are the Shareholders, founders and Responsible Authority. The Board of Trustees hold the vision of the institution to be a competitive education institution. At the executive level is an Executive Board that drive the Academy strategy to ensure it fulfils the objects for which it was set up. At the management level, the team is led by an Executive Director, Academy services deputised by the Director Academic Services, Chief Financial Officer and Administration and Operations Director. The Director Academic Services manages both primary and secondary education and is supported by two Learning Zone Design (LZD) managers for primary and secondary education respectively. 

Under each LZD manager are facilitators/teachers. In addition to these personnel, are LZD consultants. Learning Zone Design consultants are experts of a discipline in the curriculum. Their role is to advise on resourcing learning zones, define the standards for a learning zone and the achievement levels required. All these persons that facilitate student ecosystems are highly qualified in educational practice and are certified by accredited institutions. In addition, the professional team has been specifically trained to implement the LZD model approach to learning. Two other important departments of Finance and Administration and Operations are designed to support the core academy services of offering a competitive education institution.
