The Trustees are the Responsible Authority of Grandmaster Academy and is committed to fulfilling its task to academically and spiritually empower students and staff. In doing so, the institution is guided by the following policy objects: Grandmaster Academy is a place where:

• Students and staff revere God and Christian principles and that all beings are created in the image of God.
• Everyone, irrespective of status in the Academy, deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.
• Its citizens carry out their responsibilities with diligence, grace, devotion poise and elegance at all times.
• Everyone is allowed to nourish to the limits of their potential to enable them to positively function in a dynamic competitive world.
• Building tomorrow’s careers and future today through comprehensive scientific, technological diverse disciplines that nurture each student’s potential and interest and the family’s aspirations guided by the country’s vision and 21st century education principles is its core business.
• Staff design and facilitate a transformative and vibrant learning ecosystems for every child, groups of children and learning disciplines to ensure they develop a sound knowledge base, right skills, competencies and attitudes for the dynamic 21st environment.
• A healthy competitive learning environment, spirit, courage, innovativeness and creativity abounds.
• 21st century skills personal skills, competencies, attitudes of collaboration, independent, critical and design thinking, communication, creativity social and emotional intelligence among others, are nurtured and developed.
• Leaders and leadership, citizens and citizenship, patriots and patriotism are tapped, nurtured and developed for the benefit of the children themselves, Grandmaster citizens, their families, the country and beyond.
• Operation shall be by a constitution “The Grandmaster Academy Constitution.”
